All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Bark&Bite.store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages or Melted Products
We take great care in packaging our chocolate products, especially in warmer climates or during hot seasons. However, Bark&Bite.store is not liable for any products damaged or melted during shipping.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@barkbite.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will do our best to make it right.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
